User Circuit Node Requirements
Anyone can operate a Circuit Node by downloading the GR1D software, installing it, and running it. However, to earn rewards for your contributions to the network, you must purchase at least one Circuit License Chip.
To claim your accrued rewards, you'll need to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) check. This process ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and confirms two primary conditions:
Residency: You are not a resident of the United States.
Sanctions: You are not subject to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions.
You can review the OFAC website for more information on sanctions. Our KYC screening will be conducted by Blockpass, a trusted provider in the blockchain industry, used by projects like Polygon, Chainlink, Cardano, Animoca, and many others.
Important Legal Considerations:
When purchasing a Circuit License Chip, you must confirm that doing so does not violate any local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
Ensure your Circuit Node is consistently online, properly configured, and adequately funded to cover any associated gas fees. Nodes that are offline or lack sufficient funds will not accrue rewards, even with a valid Chip.
By following these guidelines, you can actively participate in the GR1D network and earn rewards for your contributions.
