# Node Operator Rewards

GR1D Nodes offer a compelling economic model, incentivizing network participant contribution to network security, decentralization, and operational efficiency by validating transactions, managing cross-chain communication, and executing smart contract intents.

## **Stake GRID to Increase Node Operator Rewards**

Operators can increase their earnings by staking GRID tokens, which enables them to participate in higher responsibility validation roles and earn a reward multiplier that scales with the amount of GRID staked. 

Official Node Operator Rewards Multipliers and Token Requirement Thresholds will be published ahead of the GR1D Token Generation Event (TGE).
